CANCELLATION POLICY
Twenty-four (24) hours advance notice is required to cancel a pre-scheduled appointment. If that notice is not provided, a fee of $35 (thirty-five) dollars will be billed to the client. This fee may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion under extenuating circumstances.
If a client cancels more than two times without the required 24-hour notice, the client will be required to pay for future services in full at the time the appointment is scheduled. No refunds of prepaid sessions will be provided; however, the client may reschedule their session if they have cancelled their prepaid appointment with at least a 24-hour advance notice.
