I’m Julie -- Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer, Certified Flower Therapist and advocate of Earthing. At Soulestial Healing, I take a holistic approach to energy healing recognizing that true well-being comes from nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. My healing sessions combine Reiki’s universal life force energy, the supportive vibrations of crystals, the gentle wisdom of flower therapy and the benefits of a grounding mat. A grounding mat simulates direct contact with the Earth's surface. While Reiki calms your mind, grounding reconnects you with the Earth’s soothing energy — it’s like an energetic hug from Mother Nature.

 

After a successful career in the corporate world, I made the transformative decision to shift my focus from business to holistic energy healing.
